“As the executive board for the Alpha Phi Gamma Omicron chapter for the 2024 year, we commit to creating an environment of growth by promoting a space of inclusivity and actively engaged members. Through honest communication we aim to have clear, concise, and realistic expectations in order to hold all members equitably accountable. We will lead with integrity, empathy, and respect with a focus on honoring each member of Alpha Phi. It is this Executive Council's responsibility to uphold the chapter values at the face of what it means to be an Alpha Phi.”

OUR COMMITMENT TO EQUITY AND INCLUSION

The Gamma Omicron chapter of Alpha Phi and its members are committed to the intentional practice of advocacy, inclusivity, and empathy by creating a more just environment based in trust, respect, personal growth, love, and accountability. In doing so, we promise to love, welcome, and appreciate the intersectionality of all identities inside and outside of our chapter.

Sisterhood: We will respect all people of color, LGBTQ+ members, those with varying religions or socio-economic status, all abilities, and those who differ from our own beliefs as though they are a part of our sisterhood.

Innovation: We will continuously  work to educate ourselves and others on the injustices in all societies around the world. We will devote ourselves to the pursuit of enacting positive change.

Generosity: We will serve our community and those that are in need beyond our philanthropy. We will focus efforts to impact all communities in a positive way and enact a passion for social justice in those around us.

Character: We will lead by example by pursuing the best interests of every person. We will demonstrate compassion to encourage equability for all. We will communicate with communities in need and fight for the end of the injustices they face.
